When someone passes a certification they are awarded with both a certificate and badge.  It is not possible to get either of these without passing the final exam.

You can verify if someone is certified in 3 ways-

Method #1 – Certificate

The easiest way to check if someone is certified is to ask to their certificate.

This will confirm their name along with the certification they hold.

Method #2 – Credly Profile

Credly is a universal way to recognize, store and share life’s achievements.

When someone passes their final exam it automatically unlocks a badge on their public Credly profile.

If someone is certified, they will be able to show you this badge on their Credly profile.  If they don’t have the badge, they are not certified.

Method #3 – Contact Us

If you are unable to verify someones certification using either of the methods above then please contact us.

We will manually verify any requests.

The exams are designed to challenge you on what you have learnt.  They are not designed to be easy for you to breeze through.

You must pay close attention to all questions in the exams – some might be obvious but others will challenge your thinking.  Just knowing the material isn’t enough, you will have to use your new knowledge to solve problems.

It is important the exams are challenging in order to maintain a high standard of certification.

In order to pass the certification you must attain a final exam score of 75% or higher.

If you fail a module exam then you must go back over the material in that module until you pass.  You can not move onto the next module without passing each end of module exam.

If you fail the final certification exam you can retake it upto 2 times making for a total of 3 attempts.  If you fail all 3 times you must retake the entire class including all of the individual module exams leading upto the final exam.

You have 3 attempts to pass the final certification exam.

If you fail 3 times you will have to take the entire class again from the start completing all module specific exams before given a chance to retake the final certification exam again.

All of our certifications are made up of text & video based modules.

Some people work through these quicker than others and while its possible to work through all of the material in one day, it’s unlikely you would be able to pass the final certification exam.

To make sure you fully understand the subject and have had time to digest all of the additional learning materials, you should allow for 3-5 days of full time focus.

Our certifications are not designed to be quick or easy for anyone to complete.

Once you have enrolled for a certification you are free to work through it at your own pace.

It doesn’t matter if it takes you 2 days or 6 months – you are free to access all of the learning material as and when you want.

You can also complete the exams on your own schedule so feel free to take your time.  There are no time restrictions.

No we cannot guarantee that you will earn your certification.

You will be given everything you need to study, learn & fully understand your chosen subject.

Our certifications are designed to be challenging and it is your responsibility to ensure you pass the final certification exam by demonstrating your knowledge.

A Marketer Seal of Certification is earned, not given.

Yes!  Feel free to ask any questions you have along the way.

You can ask questions at the end of every lesson which will be answered by our resident experts.

Don’t be afraid to ask any question you have – the stupid questions are the one’s you don’t ask.

Every certification is broken down into key modules and each key module is made up of a number of lessons.

Lessons can be presented in either text, image or video formats.

All video is presented in full 1080P HD and are also available in text/image format for those that don’t like watching video to learn.

Each key module includes printable learning resources like cheat sheets.

When required there will also additional material like spreadsheets, code snippets, presentations and so forth.

Each certification is delivered entirely online via this website.

You can access all learning material via any device that is capable of connecting to the internet with a web browser.

This means you can use your iPhone, Android phone, computer, tablet, games console and more to work through the learning material and certification.

You can switch devices freely without losing your place.

Once you pass your final certification exam you will receive a digital certificate with your name, the certification passed and the date it was passed on.  You can hang this on your wall with pride.

You will also unlock a verified certification badge in Credly which is a universal way to recognize, store and share life’s achievements.

This means your verified certification badge will be put on public display in your Credly profile which can easily be shared on your website, job search sites, LinkedIn profile, Facebook profile, email signature & more.

It is not possible to get the certificate or Credly badge without passing the final certification exam.
